Taking in your delivery

You must be at the delivery address. We cannot leave your order outside, in a bin, behind a gate, or with a neighbour. Your presence is required to receive the delivery.
You will receive a unique PIN sent to the mobile number provided with your order, this must be provided to the driver otherwise the driver cannot deliver the parcel to you and it will be taken away.
Your order will be delivered by DPD on a next working day delivery - Order before 12pm (Mon - Fri) to receive your order the following working day. If you place an order after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be sent on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
