These terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale
of products to you. You should read these terms and conditions
carefully before ordering products via our website or from our customer
care team. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions
from time to time. The latest terms and conditions will be displayed on
our website and we advise you to read though them each time that you use

quality products, product knowledge and outstanding customer service to
all our customers. Here are the conditions of sale, so that you are
aware of all the important details before you place your order, please
ensure you have read and agree with them before you order from us. We
provide products and services through our web site which are provided on
the basis of these terms and conditions. In return for using and
benefiting from our web site you agree to provide true, accurate and
current information about yourself where required.
We have taken great care to check all specifications; weight, colours, descriptions, sizes etc. However, our suppliers reserve the right to alter specifications and make improvements to their products without notice. Therefore all details are to be taken as approximate. Please be aware that colours can appear different on the computer than in reality, this can be caused by your computer settings. We would always recommend that you inspect the product before you buy.
You may choose to purchase goods from us by adding your product selection to your shopping cart. By pressing the "Order Now" button, you are submitting to us a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart. Items charged at 20% VAT, unless a travel system, where it is 5%. You may review and amend your order and you should ensure that you have checked the order thoroughly before submitting it to us. Please note it is not possible to amend an order once it has been submitted. You will receive an Order Confirmation from us via email which will be sent to the email address of the account holder. This Order Confirmation email acknowledges that we have received you order but does not constitute our acceptance of the order.
We will take payment to ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account. All order are subject to acceptance by us. We confirm such acceptance to you by sending you a Shipping Confirmation by email when the goods are dispatched. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Shipping Confirmation, and the contract will only relate to those products detailed in the Shipping Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order until the shipping of such products has been confirmed in a separate Shipping Confirmation.

despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be
incorrectly priced, although we would expect such instances to be rare.
In such cases, we may contact you to inform you of the correct price
and you will be given the option to cancel or continue with your order.
We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the
incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Shipping
Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and
could have reasonable been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. If prices increase or decrease after you have ordered and paid there will be no alteration to the price.
If an item includes a free element, it is the value of the item which reduces the overall cost price, unless you are purchasing a travel system, where the the material and seat units and any accessories in the package are also free.
Payment methods are as follows:Most major Credit / Debit cards and PayPal payments can be taken online using the secure VBV and Master Card Secure Code technologies. Please be aware that we do not accept American Express Credit Cards. If paying by Paypal, we can then only deliver to your Paypal confirmed address, if your Paypal address is unconfirmed or incomplete then unfortunately we will have to cancel your order and refund you your money. If paying by card, we can only deliver to your cards registered address, this is for security measures for you and for us.
Delivery Times and ChargesWe operate a *24 hour (Monday to Friday, not Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday) courier service on most products which means you should normally receive your product the next working day if you order before 12 noon. If you place an order over the weekend and it shows next working day on the listing, your order will be dispatched on Monday and you should receive it on Tuesday. Smaller items will be sent with the Post Office by Recorded delivery, UKmail or by Myhermes and these will take 2-3 days. Once your product has left us we have no control of the delivery date. Please ensure that there will be someone to accept the delivery. In some cases due to circumstances beyond our control delivery can take longer that we state. Delivery times are our best estimate and do not form part of a contract.

Some more remote areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland delivery might takes 2 to 4 days to arrive and may incur an additional postage charge. We would notify you of this before dispatching your order.
PLEASE NOTE (on larger items): Unfortunately due to our carriers we cannot deliver large items to all areas. This may apply to Highland and Island, Channel Islands and Northern Island. In the unlikely event that we can not deliver to you, we will inform you.
All deliveries must be signed for as (UNCHECKED), if they are not we are unable to replace any damage caused by the carrier.
We will send products out in accordance with the time scale above, if you wish to trace your product please contact us.
In the event that you are not in at the delivery address when the courier attempts to deliver, the driver may leave a card with instructions to call the depot, which must be responded to as soon as possible. You can arrange to collect your parcel from the couriers local depot (you must take I.D. with you). The parcel will be kept at the depot for a maximum of five days before it is returned to Trendybaby.co.uk. If it is returned to us we may sign it in on your behalf. If you are not able to receive the goods you will be liable for the courier charges incurred if it is returned to us (£15) and Trendybaby.co.uk will require payment for any charges that they have incurred prior to re-posting.
Delivery / Signature Disputes
We send all parcels out on a *signed for delivery, this is to protect yourself and us (Trendy Baby) against parcels not being delivered correctly. In the case of a delivery which has been *signed for but gone missing
at the delivery address, or been requested for the parcel/s to be left
in a 'safe' place and then gone missing an investigation will be
started as this a criminal offence of theft from a property. the driver
will be interviewed and go back to your address again to confirm where
he left the parcel and then an investigation on the theft of this item
will start. A DPD / DHL manager will start by asking if you and
your neighbours have CCTV on their properties or vehicles to
see if there is any footage of the theft from your property and then go
from there. The police may also have to be involved. Unfortunately
this process can take upto 7-10 working days for this to complete. After
this a Denial of receipt letter may be sent to you, you must sign and
return it to us within the time scale quoted.
Please note if you have any pre-set settings against your name and address on the DPD/DHL app to leave the parcel/parcels in your safe place, we can not be held liable for a parcel going missing. If you do have these settings pre-set please remove them before placing an order with us, otherwise we can not replace the item if it does go missing from your safe place.
*A photo of the delivery taken by the driver currently counts as a signature.
Direct Deliveries from Supplier
Where a product states direct delivery, this will be fulfilled by the supplier directly from their warehouse. Each supplier has a different delivery service, this will be stated on each product listing.

Provided lead times are best estimate at the time as provided by our suppliers and are measured against a standard working week and do not factor in national holidays.
Please note most suppliers are closed between Christmas and the New Year: this means that no direct deliveries will comence until the new Year.
What does Pre-order mean?
Pre-order means that either the product is a newly manufactured item
which is due for future
release or the manufacturer has issued estimated dates for stock
replenishment. The product will show the month currently quoted by the
manufacturer and can arrive with us anytime during that month, but if we
do have an estimated arrival date, that will be shown above too*. Many
conditions can affect these pre-order dates which means we cannot
guarantee the dates quoted but we will always do our best to deliver
close to these dates.
*If the middle of the month is quoted,
this means your product may arrive anytime from the 14th-22nd of the
month. If early month is quoted then this means you may receive you
order within the first 9-10 days of the month and end of the month
usually means from the 23rd until the last day of the month.
Pre-Order dates are estimates given by the manufacturer to us and are
subject to change as there are many factors invloved which are out of

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands,
Isle of Man and Isle of Wight there is a £40 delivery charge.
*Anti-fraud security measure: We will only deliver the goods purchased from Trendybaby.co.uk to the billing address of the card holder when the purchase is funded with a Credit or Debit card. If the purchase is funded using PayPal we will only send goods to the "confirmed" or "complete" address on your PayPal account. If we receive an order with an "unconfirmed" or "incomplete" Paypal address we will refund the amount debited and cancel the order without prior notice.
Posting and Packaging
We operate a recycling policy and frequently re-use original packaging to ship brands or small products that are different to those that appear on the original box. If you receive a package that has a different brand or product on the box other than you are expecting, please open the box to determine if the product is correct. Additionally, we will occasionally pack smaller items in with larger items - please double check the contents of the box. Opening your order does not affect any returns.
All deliveries must be signed for and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered and found to be in conformity to the contract. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full.
Taking Delivery of your order
All shortages and damages must be reported to us in by e-mail within 5 working days.
You MUST check your order upon receipt of delivery to ensure all items ordered have been received in their correct colours, quantities and condition. We will only accept errors in picking within 5 days of receipt of the goods. For this reason, it is imperative that all orders are checked when they arrive, as mistakes cannot be rectified later. Also claims for goods damaged in transit must be brought to our attention within 3 days of receipt of them. We will not consider claims for damaged goods not reported within this time.

enquiry within 48 hours of receipt (Monday -Friday).
Cancellation Returns Policy
Please enclose a note with your name, order number and the reason for the return.
Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account.

Warranty and RefundsIn the unlikely event you incur a problem with the product we have supplied, please contact Trendybaby.co.uk immediately by phone or e-mail (see Contact Page). You will be required to provide a copy of your receipt, please note that proof of a payment is not sufficient. Our suppliers will not repair any item without a copy of your receipt (for security reason we do not keep your details on file).
If it is decided that the goods need to be returned for inspection, this will be at the purchaser's expense. Normally, products are sent to our suppliers for inspection and if it is found that a manufacturing fault exists this will be rectified at our (or our supplier's) expense. At all times, we consider our supplier's decision in relation to complaints as final, as they have more experience in these matters than ourselves. In the event that a fault develops which is not due to a manufacturing fault, the cost of repair and transport will be at the purchaser's expense. We reserve the right to send spares for minor faults, we will require any faulty part to be returned prior to replacement parts being sent.
As soon as it has been agreed for you to send the product back to us, please send it back in the original packaging or a very substantial box. Can you also include your name, order number and contact details and a description of the fault.

All products ordered and delivery costs (if applicable) must be paid for in full (and authorized) prior to goods being dispatched. If there is a problem with processing your payment we will contact you as soon as possible.
