As COVID-19, Coronavirus continues to impact people around the world, we want to update you on the steps that we are taking to help safeguard the public and staff and ensure business continuity for our wonderful customers.

COVID-19 Business Update

To all our customers that are wanting to know if and when we are open,

We have decided to open by appointment only and you can book your appointment via facebook on our home page.

These will be 45 minute time slots and no more as we will need to wipe down prams carseats etc,

It is best to drop us a email at trendybabysales@gmail.com before your appointment so you can give us a choice of two prams you want to look at or we can give you the best options based on your lifestyle.

Please do not turn up without an appointment as we will unfortunately turn you away.

Rules to keep you safe and ourselves no more than two people together to look at a pram no children allowed, Face Masks MUST be worn at all times as we will be wearing them in-store keep yourself safe and us.

We can NOT try carseats or prams in cars due to safety Failure to follow these will result in the appointment being canceled at any point

FAQ's

Can I still order online?

Yes you can still order onine at www.trendybaby.co.uk. Our warehouse staff are working hard to get your orders picked, packed and despatched in the most hygenic and safest way possible. We have good stock levels and are replenishing stock where possible.

Are there any delivery delays?

We are still dispatching orders out on time, however due to the extra work load the couriers have at the moment they might take 2 or 3 days longer than we are currently quoting on our website.

Do you offer a NO contact delivery option?

DPD have implemented a "contact free delivery" process which reduces the contact between the DPD driver and the consignee. DPD will no longer be asking customers to sign handheld units and the Drivers will instead do this on the consignee’s behalf.

What happens if I am self isolating?

You will have the option to instruct the delivery services to leave your parcels in a designated safe place.

How do I contact you if I have a query?

Our Customer Service team are currently working from home in line with Government guidelines. You can email them on trendybabysales@gmail.com or send them a facebook message.
