Trendybaby's Gold Standard Service

At Trendy Baby we are committed to offering affordable prices and the personal service you would expect from all local nursery shops. With this in mind we have initiate our Gold Standard Service for those customers who visit our shop, but please don’t think you will have to make several trips if you live far away. In the unlikely event that we do not have your requirements in stock we will post it directly to any address of your choice free of charge.

 
Our Gold Standard Service will entitle those customers who visit us the following;
(Please note that purchased brought the Trendybaby website or by the telephone will not qualify and our standard terms will apply)
 
  1. We will fully demonstrate all the products we have to ensure you can make an informed choice.
  2. Car seats will be fitted into your car to confirm compatibility.
  3. Refresher course, as you may forget how certain features work.
  4. Although we only sell quality product, from time to time fault occur. If you bring into the shop you pram we will try and rectify the problem straight away, if this can not be achieved we will return the pram back to the manufactures for inspection. We know the difficulties of not having a pram so we will lend you a similar pram whilst yours is away (the loan pram will be at our discretion).
  5. The warranty of the pram is with the manufacturer, and if they believe any fault is not covered by the warranty they will charge. As a Gold Standard customer we will not apply our usual mark up and only pass on the same amount that the manufacturer charges us.
  6. We will inspect the product after three and six months and service it where necessary to ensure the smooth operation.
